Sorry you are having a bad time with LT
I have dealt with them more than 20 times in the last 2 years and found them to be incredibly helpful and always efficient.
So much so I brought a big 530 orange thing from them (shhh) still got my MK3 though.
Stick with them and I'm sure they will sort you out.
Do a search on this forum and I think you will see the kind of service that they usually provide - excellent.

Got this back from LT brg & sleeve kit £57.95 seals £25.62
So looks like £57.95 for the bearings and sleeves and £25.62 for the seals going to be an exspensive job!!!

if you can get the bearings and seals out with at least the numbers intact........try your local bearings factor.i use them all the time for various bearings and seals.
to give you an idea, i replaced two of the linkage bearing sets and all four seals for £25.even with the seals requiring to be ordered the whole lot was with me in under 24hrs.

A BIG +1, I have used them for a while also, and fully concur, reasonable postage as well.
It's financially worth while taking the time to find your way around their site.
You can normally compromise on the linkage bearings in their length, so explore the options.

First port of call for me was local bearing factor. Now moving on to web sites as although the local shop was 'giving' 75% discount it was still 2-3 times the price of the web.

Local is very useful if not sure, but you pay for that confidence.

Guys, have just been and picked up the full kit from LT, yes was rather pricey, but here are the part numbers:

Outer Seals (2 off): 52144-KR8-005
Inner Seals (2 off): 91254-KS6-003
Bushes/Sleeves (2 off): 52141-KAE-000
4 needle roller bearings- Japanese but not in Honda bag.

This is for an AR, but I assume they're all the same.

Hope this helps if anyone is looking, contact your local Honda dealer, or any bike shop should be able to get them if you quote the part numbers.

Was gonna order many bearings from LT but i simply cant afford it. Need all bearings, bushes and seals for linkage and swingarm, the complete back end!!

Been on that simply bearings site and found loads using the list thats at the front of this site. Thing is, i know very little about bearings etc.

Are the seals the "Nitrile Rubber Rotary Shaft Oil Seal With Garter Spring"? Whats R21/SC and R23/TC an all that??

Also, what kinda roller bearings do i need to look for? Theres NA Series, RPNA, NK, allsorts!!! I aint no engineer so dont know the difference between em all.

Any help would be very much appreciated cos its really doin me head in. It`ll cost me about 200 quid at LT so id have to sell the wife to pay for it!

R21 is single seal, R23 is double seal. You want R23 when you can get them.

'............Rotary oil seal with ....' is the seals that you would use. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Has a littlespring that runs round the inside/outside (depending on the way you look at it and is suitable for use in oily envirinments)

The rest is gobbledygook to me but the series might be different manufacturers

I managed to get bearings out of swinger today. Im a bit puzzled (which isnt a new thing)

There doesnt appear to be a stop that the bearings go against. One side obviously goes in enough for the seal to fit flush with the side of swinger, but what about the outer bearings? How deep do they need settin in? An cos of the gap in the middle, does it really matter if bearings are longer?

I thik some one has metioned on here that XR 400 bearings fit but are slightly longer? and a biger surface area is better? so no I don`t think it does matter.
