Hmm.. I dunno if its worrying or not, the amount of 'members' ( I use that term advisedly!) that have indepth knowledge of these chemical 'crutches'....
Anyway, its nothing that a lolly stick and a roll of insulating tape wont cure... :o :o

I phoned the Ramblers today, but the bloke on the phone just went on and on....
