Post by warloks » 13 Apr 2016, 20:14

I thought i would take the crm to work today its a 50 mile round trip got to work fine but it was a comedy of errors on the way home firstly the side stand broke off from the frame then it lost its high end power on investigation the power valve cable has broke so where can i get one from or is it a case of making one up myself or can you still buy them ive looked on fowlers and they are discontinued

LT do their own version I believe but if I were you id just make one up with a new inner as the LT ones have a different outer sleve.

Nsr 125 foxeye model 1998-2004 ones are a perfect fit for mk2s ( assuming your 92 is a mk2)
Possibly mk1s (never personally tried) knackered could confirm this
They wont fit mk3 or ar's as to short (server could possibly be moved closer)
They are a direct replacement no mods involved for mk2s i have them on mine

Make sure if you get second hand ones they have the spring on them there are some earlier models labled with the wrong year or later registered Italian on ebay that will not fit

If they fit a Mk2 then they will fit a Mk1.

Longer isn't a problem, shorter is.
