question about crm 250 ar

hello.
I am from Greece and this is my first post in this forum.
I have a CRM 250 AR model 1999.I recently made a general rebuild.I have changed the original piston kit with one from wiseco. The problem i have is that in high revs the bike doesn't go so well.It is like it doesnt have enough power in the high revs it hang outs to soon.I ' ve checked the power valve and it is working properly(in the begining i thought that the problem was there).I 've also made the right adjustments to the power valve but no improvement was made.
I would like to and that i haven't checked the reeds yet(do you think that the reeds could cause this behaviour) and the carb.I suspect that the carb maybe is the problem.
In the low revs the bike is allright.
Also one more question. The mechanic that fixed my bike changed the oil and the seals to the front forks because they had leakage. The problem is that after two days that i took the bike the forks are losing oil again!!What do you think he could make wrong. He didn't put the correct oil or he didn't put right the seals? The problem is that I am not a mechanic and I don't know many things about engineering. The only thing tha i know is that right now i don't have a front suspension!!Is very soft and i have to go back again the bike for service!
thanks in advance for your help.
ps. how much mm the front forks diameter of CRM AR is 43 or 45?
