I am doing a seal replacement on my forks and looking at the manual there is a special tool
(front fork spacer 07KMZ-KZ30101) can anyone tell me the dimensions of said spacer ie thickness.

Well you can't get a more detailed answer than that.

Might be able to get one made if you need it?

Surely it's just a driving dolly for the seals ?

cheers guys apparently you need one when topping up the oil.

Typical Honda over engineering things. Its 2mm ffs. Who is measuring their fork oil level to that sort of accuracy in the first place. Also it sits against the dust seal which is rubber not a solid stop.
