Hi I bought a crm ar with fault pgm , i bought i chinese pgm and i think the map for pv is very bad . I dont have genuine pgm to try it. what do you think?

That pretty much does what mine does when I rev at idle (original ECU). All seems to be moving smoothly in your video. It is really important that the valve moves very freely or it will overload the system and burn the ECU out. To see if all is well then it will be best to road test as the ecu "knows" that you are revving the bike in neutral. If the AR system is working OK then the bike should be very smooth at part throttle. Also, the bike will feel like the ignition has been cut when you close the throttle but will chime straight back in (with no four stroking) when the throttle is reopened.
