Float Height on a CRM MK2

How do you adjust it?

Adjust it by bending the metal tab that pushes on the float needle, bend it closer to needle to lower the float height bent it away from needle to raise float height.

presumably this is while holding it with the carb in the horizontal position, not on it's side ?
