Ok, has anyone really ever worked on the damping adjusters on the bottom of the USD forks on a CRM. One of mine is seized and the other just spins. I'd really like to sort this out if I can, but I'm reluctant to take them apart blind.
Has anyone got a detailed exploded parts diagram of this assembly?

Ok, This is how it is!
CR125 Fork Springs fit a Mk3, They are exactly the same dimensions - 41x485. You can get them from K-Tech as a stock item in 4 different ratings, from 36n - 42n depending on your weight fully kitted. If you are 12 stone you will need 40n. £64.50 delivered.
So it's back to 7.5wt oil and decent springs for me. Whoo Hoo

Go for the 42n rating. After ive fitted the springs tomorrow, I'm then gonna try and match the back spring to balance the bike, after seting the sag of course.

I assume abigsupermoto your trying to set up for supermoto style, hagon list an upgrade spring £80 but you have to send the forks away to have the dampers done ,no exact price but it was over the£200 mark.

The bike will spend more time on the dirt so I will prolly go with stiffer springs and live with it in moto trim

thankyou all the same
