First of all Hello ..
I hope some one is able to help me ? I'ved stripped off the barrel of my '92 MK 2 CRM 250 expecting to find a bit of play on my small end bearing , and instead found my piston ripped to pieces and the barrel requiring a rebore, could you please tell me the best way to make sure the autolube sysytem is working correctly

Take the pipe off that leads to the inlet rubber and kick the bike over lots. 2 stroke oil should dribble out of the pipe eventually. Also make sure that arrows line up on the pump when the throttle of wide open. You can see how to adjust the cable in the manual from LT Notts, but it is reasonably obvious if you take the cover off.
