Haven't got a pipe on mine, but it will probably just be a breather

I wondered the same thing last week mate and came to the conclusion it's a breather.
If you suck on it you will hear some gurgling in the bottle.
I have mine not attcthed to anything anyway and no problems.

did you have much packing left in yours before you done it?
i took mine apart whilst the bike was in bits and there was loads of wadding still in there it looked pretty clean too 8)
gonna try some different gearing on it now to get it just right for what i'll be using it for

there was plenty of packing left in there but it was pretty compressed and hard, brown/yellow burnt color.
I have 13/48 gearing which is great if you don't do any motorway as it revs pretty high at 70 mph but will
probably do 90 mph screaming, but heaps of fun blatting around minor roads carriageways and trails.

Well done Sparky
What exhaust and silencer are you running

cheers knackered the front pipe is an fmf gold gnarly from a 2004 model cr250 the silencer is from the same bike
just needed a tiny bit of welding to get it to sit right
i need to redo the silencer tho it sticks out a bit to much and looks to long
