Rack....
Anyone made a rack for there CRM? I'm going to bite the bullet and fire up the mig welder over the next week or do.
Thinking of mounting in either of the 2 options below...
1. rear mudguard frame bolts and seat bolts (would need to bend some metal round the plastics, may be a bit obtrusive)
or
2. straight through the rear mudguard bolting to the frame underneath (would only need 4 x 8mm holes)
how strong is the fram round the rear mudguard (fender)?

My MK 3 has stood on it's tail a few times with no damage apart from if you look close at the picture of it on this site http://193.116.26.75/images/Owners/DSCF0001.JPG you can see the helmet lock is bent through 90 degree.
Be careful though as the rear mudguard takes most of the impact and if you had a rack this might hit first and the extra leverage is very likely to bend subframe.
Best idea is to buy a rucksack.
