I have mainly used my crm for local and off road trips, with the odd occassion of a sprint event ( which was great fun ).

But just wanted to know what damage if any , motorway use / trackday use would do to these types of engines. Its just i would like to go further on the bike which involves large motorway stints , and would also like to try the occaional track day .

If the bike is well looked after, would this still be ok ??

Prolong running at high revs/max load will wear things out faster. Pistons, barrels, bearings......
