hi,

is it best to get a metal sleeve made up and welded in the end to make the fork clamp or are there any better ways ??

why is your axle smaller anyway - using different wheels?

what about larger dia wheel bearings and the proper size axle ?

you need to get the axle that was fitteed for those forks, and then either get a cr seal/cover for ther right hand side or machine the axle to fit the original speedo. Jon

im losing the speedo.
is widening the original axle not an option? .
i dont think the guy i got the forks off has the cr axle.
also i didnt get the caliper bracket!!!!!

found an axle now hopefully will be with me in a couple of days
just need to find the caliper bracket are most cr's have this bracket? looking on ebay cant find 91"

i might have another around somewhere, ill have a look.
check out some other years around the same date i think there were a few

EDit, Just forund it, not A1 condition but should be ok if you want it, PM me
