Instrument cluster cover - How to get it off?

For some reason i have dust accumulated in the speedo which is bit of a problem when trying to read. I noticed in the parts book at the local Honda dealer that the outside of the cluster comes off or is a separate piece, as i thought it was a sealed unit. How do you get this cover off?

Done it...Workedout there is the smallest screw you have ever seen in the trip meter knob you have to get out in order to get the cover off. Clean as a wistle now:)
