Tyre Sealent???

Anyone use any kind of Tyre sealant in tubed off road tyres? seems like it would be usefull unless I am missing somthing?

:D Never leave home without it, Knock, Knock, touching Wood, I have never been aware of a puncture whilst out riding, or until I pull the tube out, to change the tyre, then you can see where objects have punctured, but been sealed straight away by the gloop.
As an added bonus, thruogh some obscure scientific process, that's way over my head, the liquid automatically goes straight to the point in the wheel, that when it's spinning balances the wheel.
You can usually buy about a litre of it in bigger garden centres, for about £15, which is enough for about 10 wheels.
