Can someone explain in simple terms, when looking at the bottom of the forks, you have a nut and a screw.

Screw does what if turn clockwise?

Screw does what if turned anti Clockwise?

Nut does what if turned clockwise?

Nut does what if turned anti clockwise?

TIA

Cheers John

Screw adjust the compression on the forks, clockwise, makes the forks harder
Anti-clockwise,softer.
By nut, do you mean the large "allen type" nut/bolt? if so, leave it alone, unless you plan on taking the forks completely to bits.
