When you have the cover off the power valve, when you have engine running, should the valve fluctuate ??? when on idle it will fluctuate up and down, when the power is applied it opens as it should, Thank you

How much is it moving 'up and down' on idle? A small amount is fine (I believe) but if it is a large amount then I don't know. Anyone else...?

Thanks for that, it seems a lot, as i was expecting to rise up and down dependiong on how much throttle is applied, this movement is like it is being elecritcuted, the movement does not effect the running on idle, . I will try to download a small video of it.

If it just twitches on idle that is fine.
