Tool Kit Compartment - No Key?

Post by F-A-B-I-O » 14 Feb 2012, 16:47

When I purchased my CRM, it didnt come with a key for the tool kit compartement located under the rear mudguard.

Is the key universal, ie other CRM compatment keys will fit?

If they are universal is anyone willing to get one cut and I will pay them for this and the postage?

Not sure they have a lockset in them...mine hasn't, so as it usually seizes up and I don't want to break the ignition key I use a screw driver blade to turn mine. FYI I keep a couple of spare levers in it along with a clutch perch...comes in handy occasionally  ;)

Yea, screwdriver key here as well, I carry one of them very small cans of WD40 in mine, which I use to oil the lock on the tool holder  ;)
