Hi I've just bought a CRM and trying to ride it at 30 mph is really p**ing me off as its really jerky, if you open it up it pulls like a train with no issues but at overrun and trying to keep at 30 mph is horrid, any ideas????

What gearing are you using . The probability is that the jetting is not quite right and remember that this is an old two stroke engine. Two strokes don't like constant low throttle runs, particularly when low geared.
