Clutch switch

Post by dazzar250 » 19 Jan 2013, 12:07

Hi,
Can any one tell me what the switch on the clutch lever assy (CRM250/AR) (handlebars) does? one wire is from the turn signal relay for a earth supply I think, this being switched via the clutch lever to ECU what is its purpose? do the other marks of CRM have this as i suspect it could be some thing to do with the AR combustion system.

According to the manual.... Suspends AR combustion when the clutch is disengaged I think. I once noticed one of my wires had come off and didnt notice any difference in performabce. I havent even bothered with it on my CR/CRM.

Shaun.
