Boyesen reeds and location question

Sorry if the first part of this question seems stupid but I am new to two strokes and have only ever owned four strokes! I also cant seem to find the answer using the search function

Am I right in thinking that the reeds are located next to the carb on the engine side?
Do you take off the carb to access and remove the reed box?
Also, will Boyesen reeds number 633 fit a Mk2 1991 CRM250?

Yes you are correct on location. 633 will fit all CRM250s.

Thanks for the info.. Just wanted to check the Boyesen number before I part with some hard earned cash!
