I had a rattle when rolling off and if I was in a to higher gear.
it turned out to be the front break hose vibrating in the guides down the forks.
put some felt tape around the hose now its not so bad.

Well my bike is now a lot more user friendly, I think it was due to some crap in the carb , but not 100% sure as I have done so many things to it .
It still rattles but not like it did.
I took it a motor cross meet this week (Not to ride in it ) and was chatting to some of the guys with two strokes , they said they all rattle.
I am used to four strokes, and I think I might sell or swap this one for something else, not sure yet , I must admit it is great for the lanes goes like stink
