AR-Mk3 Hubs.

Can anybody tell me if the AR and Mk3 hubs are the same and are interchangeable?

It is one difference between AR and MK3, AR have 8.5mm diameter of sprocket hole (screws with thae fase) same us XR 400, the MK3 haves 10.5mm diameter (flat head of screw)
