You're going to have to do some plug chop test.
The colour of the plug will indicate what's happening inside the combustion chamber.
Get a couple of cheap number 8 plugs for testing purposes.
It sounds mostly like the needle jet needs adjusting, but.

Usually if change in jetting is needed you have to go down on the jets.
