Nice day out
Nice day out
Just got back from nice days trailriding with my mate Ade, who is doing the RedKite sunday.Thought he could do with a bit of practice. Here are a couple of pics of that i took

I was amazed at how dry all the lanes were. Especially the one in the last pic, as it is normaly a stream

No probs Steve, great day out
Got a bit tired at one point, but a bit of Lucozade sport sorted that out. Funny bit was, we stopped at the end of one lane, and my mate lost the front on a bit of soft gravel and dropped the XR at about 1 mile an hour
Absolutely feckin hilariouse
And he tried to blame me for going to slow ( he was proberbly right, but it was so funny). So when you are out doing the Red Kite, beware of some lunatic on a XR650 with no brake,s

Today i,am totally and utterly Knackered
My upper body feel's as though i,ve been beaten with half a dozen baseball bats
Yesterday we did do a couple of steep stony climbs, one of them about a mile long with a a lot of loose stone, and my CRM try pull my arms off. Never mind, rest today, probably back out tomorrow

.moto we'd better not ride together then this weekend unless we synchronise the zigs and the zags other wise we'll be seeing a lot more of the scenery than everyone else
