Swing arm bearing and sleeve kit

Just seen that the price for this is 50 quid at LT
I'm not even sure whether this includes seals..

Does anyone know how much cheaper this would be just ordering at a honda dealer and whether they would likely stock them? I have to order a new swing arm bolt too at £25

Doesent look good, Dave silver wanted around £65! not including seals.

I assume the LT ones must be pattern parts.

this is thanks to NKMK1 they do a s/ arm bearing , wider and with a a seal in it hk2018rs x4NB

check my sizes are correct for your bike ,those were for a A/R .

Cheap ain,t they!!! get the rs bearings ,seal inside the bearing as well, just check when installing that the seal is outwards .

swing arm bearings are the same as the xr250, but they are still narrow
there are wider ones available and will take a pick of the difference later. Part numbers will be included. Jon

The bearing on the left is the one I'd go for. Seal you can buy from a bearing supplier, cant remember how much i paid last but seam better than honda ones.

FMTB the manual says - The seals that go in the inside of the pivot end of the swingarm are 20x26x4.5 there are two of these. The seals that go in the suspension linkage position on the swingarm are 17x27x5 there are also two of these.

Yes thanks for that NKMK1 , i think that i put a seal both inside and on out side of pivot point ,to further aid keeping crud out, which is why i ordered 4 ,that is the 20x26 x5 items they stock as standard.

the suspension linkage position on the swingarm

Speaking of which......It just started snowing here, so I went outside to roll the swing arm nder cover. As I did the bush fell out when I went to put it back in I noticed there was about a 1.5 mm gap in-between the rolling pins like a pin had fallen out but from my eyes it appeared just slightly too narrow to fit another roller pin in there. Is there supposed to be any gap?

The pins should be regularly spaced and loosely held in a cage. The only roller bearing that doesn't have a cage is the small bearing on the suspension linkage.
