Clutch Actuator Oil Leak
I Started my CRM this afternoon, just to give it a warm up as it's not been started for a few months. Parked it back on the side stand afterwards and oil and air start to bubble out from where the clutch actuator enters the crankcase, leaves quite a pool of oil on the floor. No evidence of drips from where the bike was being warmed up.
Clearly got some pressure in the cases but is this normal? Could it just be there's an oil seal on the actuator arm that needs replacing and if so is it a simple swap?
Any comments would be appreciated.

Re: Clutch Actuator Oil Leak
check your breather (just aft of the carb) if its blocked i suppose that could account for some pressure in the case as it gets warm.
otherwise, pull out the oil fill plug, if there is pressure building in the case you should be able to feel it (hold your finger over the hole and feel for pressure release when you let off) if this the case then it may need a new seal between the case halves.
I believe there is an "O" ring midway down the clutch actuator lever. if i recall, in order to get the actuator off you have to:
take off the clutch side cover (remember to drain coolant system first)
pull the pressure plate off the clutch (5 spring bolts)
take out the clutch lifter rod
which will then free up the clutch actuator which pulls right out!
simple to do
correct me if im wrong
fur
Edit: you said it happened AFTER you turned it off and left it on the side stand? check your oil level also

Re: Clutch Actuator Oil Leak
Thanks for the detailed response fur. I'm out on it tomorrow so will watch it closely to make sure it's not loosing too much oil.
I know the oil levels OK, changed it after last outing.
Will clean the breather pipe first though, it does look pretty dirty and oily underneath.
Many Thanks, keith.
