MK2 Airbox Baffle

Post by toajay » 24 Feb 2009, 13:22

First of all i'd like to say hi to all as i've been lurking for some time now and havnt properly introduced myself. I purchased the bike just before christmas and have only ridden it a handful of times on road and cant wait to get it muddy but first of all can anyone tell me where i can find the airbox baffle and if removing it will cause any problems.

the airbox baffle is just a piece of plastic inside the airbox that provides a restriction to the airflow, I believe. More than likely it has already been removed so you won't find it...
AR's rock!!!
TwinAir filter, Braided Brake Hoses, Swingarm/Shock bearings done!, Rear Shock overhauled and customised by G-Force, 14-44 Gearing, Exhaust decoked (fun with Caustic Soda!), DEP silencer.

The reccomendation on this site is to take the baffle out. If you find it throw it away
