took the mk3 for a good long ride saturday and it seemed to take a real beating it wasn't handling the jumps to well at all the front forks were using all of there travel and the rear wasnt much better the jumps we were doing wern't huge just normal trail riding stuff getting air on the the fire trails has anyone got any tips for stiffining up the front forks or any modifications cheers

it's problem with them.

Thicker fork oil, I think the xr400 for springs are an improvement (according to Paul Bates), as for the back, not sure, I just wind the adjuster in and take it easy.
