320mm disc
Only just got around to fitting the supermoto wheels I bought off Ebay. There doesn't appear to be enough space between the rim inner and 320mm disc to fit the caliper. Surely you don't have to take the pads out to fit the caliper? BB.

Re: 320mm disc
Just slide the caliper out slighty so one pad drops down and pivots around the pin, thats the only way i could fit mine sadly, the other way is to loosen the brake disc bolts

Re: 320mm disc
Thanks for the tip, now my only problem is that the disc is rubbing on the Talon bracket when the axle is tightened, anyone have any ideas? BB.

Re: 320mm disc
don't put a washer in the fork leg because you are bending it and that will blow seals.i had this same problem and got some new spacers made to physically move the whole wheel across by 3mm

It won't bend it if the washer is thinner than the free space between the speedo drive (or spacer if drive not fitted) and the inside surface of the fork leg. It's only if the right hand leg hasn't got side to side freeplay with the clamp loosened that you'll have problems. On mine there must be at least 4mm to play with - plenty of space to insert a thin washer.
