Improved my headlight today

Post by CRM3 » 26 Jan 2011, 16:01

I picked up an early Polisport headlight and surround."Yes, I know, not the latest sharpest look, but not bothered."
The plastic lens is much bigger, and I have fitted a halogen 35w bulb in it.
I have to say its made a big differernce,to the candle that was there before. ;)
Lets just get out there, and trail it.

:D That's handy, any improvement is great, they are really dire as standard.
I came back late last Fri evening, pitch black, and have never been so terrified.

I fitted a 65/55 headlight to mine, went to breakers and found a square one that would fit inside the plastic , works well at night, as I use it in Thailand and no street lights but plenty of Oxon. waking the roads at night, if you hit then they don't move. Would send photo, but cant seem to attach and attachment here, any idea's how to put a photo here.
