Body armour
Body armour
Hi does anyone use body armour, for green lanes, I just use my enduro jacket at the moment, which has foam inserts for the back shoulders and elbows! but some of the lanes are proper rocky and if you took a tumble on them and fell wrong!!!!
So anyone got any recomendations?
I was looking at a sixsixone comp suit?

Re: Body armour
i use 661 armour both on the road and off road ,you never no what might happen ,i find after a short while i forget ive got it on ,it offers alot more protection than the foam pads in enduro jackets, but can make you a little sweaty but in my opinion its a small negative compared with the positive of decent protection ,i have also tested the armour with an off in the peak district
and i suffered no damage apart from a severe case of bruised pride and alot of stick off the lads

Im thinking about a bike with more valves than a powervalve

I'm 42-43. Mine is an XL. The display model fitted fine. They do say wear a T shirt underneath.
It's still got all the tags on and hasn't been out of the wardrobe
