Crm250 AR Servo (wire colors)
Hi.
Can someone help me out with the colors of the wires that come out of the servo mechanism?
I believe colors should be:
1)Pink
2)White-Black
3)White-Green
4)Red-White
5)Blue
Is it possible for someone to have a look?
Though a schematic with wiring colors would me more helpful...

Re: Crm250 AR Servo (wire colors)
Hi,
Assuming you mean the powervalve servo motor unit, they are as follows:
WHITE
BLACK AND WHITE
LIGHT GREEN
DARK GREEN AND BLUE STRIPED
RED AND WHITE STRIPED
BLACK AND WHITE STRIPED
I cannot tell you where they go on the bike as my bike is not at home, and to find which components within the servo they go to would require taking it apart, dont really want to do that as the gears can fall out and a bit of a git to get back.
Hopefully I've helped you.

Re: Crm250 AR Servo (wire colors)
Sorry, You can see by just splitting the thing and not the tiny gearbox.
To motor:
WHITE
BLACK AND WHITE STRIPED
To potentiometer:
LIGHT GREEN
DARK GREEN AND BLUE STRIPED
RED AND WHITE STRIPED
All of the above feed into/from ECU and Throttle Position Sensor, cannot tell you which colours without my bike.
PS, sorry i listed black and white twice in previous post.

In addition to this, you are correct with the colours on the wiring loom, sorry didn't realise you meant that end.

Thank you very much for the help.
Do you mean that the wires change color at the servo mechanism fitment?

Re: Crm250 AR Servo (wire colors)
They do... I understand all servo motors across the models are the same, however wiring looms are different which may expkain this. If you need any more help i can get the multimeter out over the weekend? I 'nearly created a colour wiring diagram once but soon decided against it.

So, the colors that I mentioned are from the servo motor and the ones you mentioned are for the wiring loom?
