To remove the dents ,You,ll need the WELDERS DENT PULLER KIT , This is easy if you have a welder and a dent puller ( slide hammer).\"machine mart for £15\"All you have to do is ,,Where the dent is ,weld a small nail type fixing in the center of the dent ,, then affix the dent puller and pull out the dent ,, then , Grind off the nail ,??It really is as easy as it sounds..Although , I like my dents ,, <<There like war wounds >>If your really good with a welder , Why not cut open the pipe , remove the innerds and knockout the dents and then weld back together ,, There ,, you have made your own phatty and got rid of the dents too ,,,,WHOOOHAAAA

Phil1 was right only you need heat as well, you plug the ends pump up the pipe to about 80 psi then play a blow torch on the dent you want to remove you need to get the pipe glowing a dull red then the dent should ease out with the pressure, be careful. also is the pipe standard because they are twinwall which is why they are so feckin heavy and nice and quiet I have not tried to blow out a standard pipe let us know how you get on.

Thanks for all the replies, anyone in the south Cheshire area got one of these blowout kits I could try out?
Maybe I need to buy a replacement system, something like a DEP:-).
Anyone know if a exhaust guard off a cr250 would fit the crm ar?
Thanks again,
Dave
