I have a MK2 and need to replace the swinging arm bearings etc.

I notice that it has been noted that the XR400 kit will fit also fit the CRM and indeed has larger bearings. Has anyone used the 'Alls Balls Racing', XR400 kit in their CRM?

Is the set fully complete, ie all parts required for CRM?

What is the quality of this kit like?

Cheers, Mark

Fabio - I have the entire kit spare I may be selling including bearings sleeves, seals and even bolt and nut. Not sure how much it all cost though.

The complete bearing kit actually has too many bearings but they are used in other applications on CRMs - suspension linkage. The bushes for the swing arm are fractionally too long ~ 0.5mm as I remember but they can fit on some bikes but need a little filing for others. ~£35 for the set as I remember.

EDIT - Having looked at some kits (seems to be several different All Balls kits) on Ebay they don't look like what I got when I orderd a 'swingarm bearing & seal kit for an XR400'. So I'm not sure :? . Also price now seems to be ~£47.

See - 5th post down in viewtopic.php?f=20&t=5266 to get seal & bearing sizes or part no.s for Honda bits.

All Balls have a specific kit for the CRM and should included the recommended slightly wider swingarm bearing. (At least that is what I advised when I helped Alex put the kit together......)

Also mention that you are a member of CRM250.co.uk and you should get a bit of a discount or a free t-shirt or something.

Has anyone used the 'Swing arm bearing kit - XR400', from Pivot Works?

Just found the kit on the website below, can anyone confirm that this will be suitable?
