cdi 16 pin connector plug
developed a strange misfire problem that turned into a no spark disaster over the weekend . turned out the small terminals inside my cdi plug were pretty fubared . found this guy who sells the complete plug with rubber bungs , terminals and the top cover and all the white plugs that go on the loom all for a measly 23 dollars . roughly about 15 quid . heres the link for his site . thought this would be useful to some of you out there

Re: cdi 16 pin connector plug
I ordered my new plug and a few other bits as i am planning on making a complete new loom for my mk2 . restored her last year after getting her cheap from a guy who had stripped all the lights , indicators etc off the bike and butchered the main loom badly doing so . its to much hassle trying to find these parts to replace so i run with a daytime mot . i get some funny looks when im out and about with my full motocross gear on lol . searched for uk suppliers but couldnt find anyone with the black cdi plug and i know a few other guys in my neck of the woods that are running there crms with hillbilly connections to the cdi .

Cheers bud . that picture was taken last year . done loads to her since . i have a 1989 cr 250 as well and to be honest i prefer the crm . the cr is great for blasting about but the crm beats it hands down for piddling about on . hill climbs and the usual wood enduro stuff . dont think i could ever part with her
