See my write up , not my finest hour :( it been a job to put my finger on the poor performance , i failed on sections i cleared last year . I heard about your tyre woes :( there was a video kicking about on the TBM forum that offered some great tips on tyre changing a while back, but its like KK said plenty of lube on beads ditto talc on tube and inside tyre and the best tip i had passed on to me was if its a struggle stop and look because your doing it wrong somewhere.

If you don,t pull levers beyond vertical you tend to suffer a lot less pinched tubes.As you can gather tyre changes arn,t a chore for me, posting pictures for use on here however, now that's a different story, feck feck and double feck.
The analogy i use is its like driving to somewhere your not sure of how to get to, i always get there ,just not the same bl@@dy way twice running. :evil: :evil:

:D Oh just remembered a corker of an instruction in the road book which read something like end of road TL then carry on pst missing sign !!!!!!!! :lol: :lol: .
