i take it youre not married then twisted lol my wife would kill me if i spent that much in a pub over a year, i guess i was just looking in the right place at the right time for once, mind you ive had a few bikes before that, that were dogs and by the time i had finished spending money on them i might as well of just gone out and bought a decent runner but hey ho its a man thing lol

Yeah, married chief, the pub days were before i got hitched. Since kids came along i can count the visits to pub on one hand!

Shes no idea how much ive spent on the crm, some things are best left unsaid, hahaa.

Its only money, its meant to be spent, id rather spend it on bikes than spend thousands on holidays abroad, just to come home with the shits

the only way you can post pics on here mate is if you become a site supporter, which i havent yet either, im on face book on my wifes profile debbie ashton theres a profile pic of my mrs and our kids and somewhere theres a pic of my bike, what sort of a rattle pal? some of the crms are known for piston slap ive fitted a high compression piston and rings to mine and it still has a bit of slap, does my head in but apparently its something crm owners live with, only does it when the revs are dropping towards tickover but bike runs fantastic with plenty of power its great fun trying to keep the front end down when giving it some teddy on the throttle from 1st to 3rd gear, have to practically sit on the tank lol and i weigh 16 stone! what area are you from mate? im in stockport manchester

it does sound a bit like piston slap mate nothing major like i said mine does it even now after ive fitted new piston, rings and small end bearing, if you take the down pipe off you can look through the port and check for wear and play on your piston just to be on the safe side

Hello Neighberoony, :D I'm over Weybridge way, but generally ride out towards Basingstoke, then all points South.
I generally ride through Frimley on Route to my first Lanes.

We ran out of fuel once, but we were literally 100yds from a fuel station, :D more importantly, we had covered in excess of 120 miles :!: using the , louder, grip, judiciously can really embarrass some four bangers, and the sound of them begging a ltr of fuel from a 2T rider is pure music to ones ears. PS, I run 14/42 gearing, for every thing.
