I buy ATF for about £15 for 5 liters and use it as gearbox oil. Now I'll be using it as fork oil in the trials bike but the CRM(fitted with XR650R forks) and enduro bikes will still be getting 5wt fork oil because I prefer the handling with the lighter oil.
£15 for 5ltrs, bargain. Where do you buy it at that price? I paid £20 for 5Lts last week and that was in the sale at Eurocarparts

At one of the local car parts sales places approx 10 months ago.

Still a good price when you think the sae thing from Halfords is £29.99 and light gear oil is the neck end of £11 per litre.
I bought 25 litres of light gear oil from someone two years ago who basically charged me trade and it worked out about £6/ltr then so a rackin price. I'll save the link for my next purchase
