right side I'm 18 stone and my poor suspension is struggling, imy not quite bottoming them out all the time but more than I'd like. so I want to get some stiffer springs, haso anyone do everything this? standard springs from another bike or aftermarket springs? for the ar model.

CR125 Forks are what you need. There should be a paragraph or two about this subject talked about previously.
