hi guys -- ive just been lucky enough to buy a brand new mugen head for my crm250AR (( admins ex bike ))
i have the ecu, full exhaust, fork springs etc etc and now wish to fit the head -- can anyone give me any advice as to whether it will require re-jetting -- if so what sizes etc -- or is there such a thing as a mugen carb??
thanks dudes!!

Normally fitting a different head will not need rejetting. The head will alter the compression/squish ratio. therefore make sure you use 97/98 ron octane fuel and/or octane booster. as the compression is increased the timing may need to be retarded ( or it may need advancing its a while since i did something like this).
hope this helps a little ?

Managed to find this on the japanese yahoo aution site, its for an AR but there cant be that much between the AR and MK3. also looks alot like the stock head.

The part number is 12000-YE1-K000 from mugen, but still dont know what markings would be on the head itself, its not visible on the casting.
