Coolant hoses

Hi Guys,
Like the chap below I am struggling with the correct routing of the coolant hoses. I have fitted the larger ones but not to sure were the smaller ones should run. The bike is a project that i broght in bits, its a 1991 Mk2.

Also what fits onto the 2 small outlets on the bottom of the right hand radiator?

If anyone could take some photos and e-mail me i would be very greatful.

From Mk1 but I think the plumbing is the same for all.

Thanks for the photos, they are a help.

Mk2 has 2 small outlets on the bottom of the right hand side radiator, I understand that these go to the carb but not to sure. there is also a small outlet on the left hand side of the head, where does that go?

i think it doesnt matter which goes where, but the outer on mine goes to the top conector on the carb, then a smaller hose goes from the bottom connector to the back of the cylinder head. The other (Inner) connector on the rad goes to the right hand side of the cylinder head. hope this is ok for you, but mine is a mk3 and may be slightly different. Jon

I'll have a play at the weekend and see if i have all the hoses.

I like your bike, very smart. Where did you get the decals?
Look for a new design for the MK 2.

Decals are from beanie on the forum, or if you look on ebay he sells them on there too. most of the decals have come off now tho (to much jet washing) or if you want to email him on [email protected] he will sort you out.
