ill be there dood!!!! its good to feel the dunes vibrating as they all thunder down the beach! almost makes you want to join in , then about ten minutes later you think ...........nah that looks like far too much phisical and mechanical abuse :!: dont know yet if i will be going on friday or early sat, would like to catch most of the quads and side cars race, wonder how many people will have blown up rubber gloves stuck to there helmets?????..........never fails to amuse

i won't be going but slightly nearer to home WOR are advertising the Blackpool Sand Beach Scramble on Sat 3rd November '07, not as big a do as the Weston, and according to a mate who had a bad accident there years ago, he thought it was banned due to the huge number of casualties that clogged up Blackpool's A&E Depts. My mate won't be going, hes still got the protuding shin bone damage :!: Not a pretty sight :?

so after a few problems over the weekend 'cough' which i aint going into, but i'm sure others will probably rat me out on anyway!!,me and mickstoy arrived at the beach front yesterday morning for the start of the 80cc youth race.some of these kids are absolutely amazing, their skill levels at such a young age is huge.
then it was time for the H-bomb freestyle display, these boys are nuttier than a bag of cats!!!.

yep that lat one was a solo and a quad doing backflips  .watched the first attempt at a quad backflip on british soil last year at weston and it all went badly wrong, with the quad landing on the rider and then bouncing him off the landing ramp(which was an artic' trailer) onto the floor!!!!!!
then onto the main event,1000+bikes & 3hrs of lunacy around the full weston course.it looked like the organisers had tamed down the first few dunes in an effort to reduce the usual traffic jam that occurs and i must admit a few more riders seemed to get through unscathed but there was still piles of bikes and riders on the floor.here are some more of micks pics

Well, I've actually entered for 2008. Probable carnage sounds like a laugh, even though the bike is too big and I'm not good enough.

What have I done??

 .
