How to fasten on the sump guard?

Post by Eddie Evans »

Sorry to be a pain again with the questions but when I bought this bike the sump guard (I think it is the Leisure trail one) was fastened onto the bike with cable ties.
How are your sump guards fastened on?

The LT one I bought had brackets with it that hook over the frame and bolt to guard.

They were able to supply a replacement when I managed to misplace one.

I got a home made one, and cut slot's near the frame rail's and used large jubilee clip's. Been on about a year now with no problems :D
