pressuring crankcase

well i took the crm out for its first proper ride out today.... and learnt that it needs some work!
the initially slightly weeping oil leak from the crankcase has turned into an all out pissing competition and it not looks like the crankcase it being pressusised and forcing the oil out. when running the oil was being forced up out of the clutch actuator lever seal! and as i pulled into my house it was literally running out of the bike. am thinking i need to strip her completely!

other than that i loved her! i think i have put the wrong gearing on though!, i put a 15t front sprocket on thinking it would help on the roads in between the trails but it just made the gearing the wrong speed really. 2nd was too high to pop it up over obstacles and it would barely pull 6th! so im gonna go up3 teeth on the back i think. im doing this as the cr250 rear shock has lifted the rear up by around 6". this means the chain guide rubs quite badly on the chain, i know its supposed to rub a little but this is TOO much.
anyway i think its the motor to sort first!
any ideas which seal it might be? lol i know its a daft question as it could be any but i just want people to tell me its the easiest one and make me feel better
