I just spent the weekend riding around the Hafren forest, including much of the World Enduro course. It cost me a £50 donation to the Welsh National Enduro Team, but other than that it was free. A friend of a friend is one of the Geraint Jones instructors, and he was the one showing us around.

I hurt all over.
