can some body please tell me wot is an Adobe Acrobat? I would like to source the parts i need for my rear wheel steering? Perhaps there is another way i can get info that i need, i am totally new to the world of PCs and would appreciate all the help i can get.

adobe acrobat is a bit of software that enables you to read PDF files.
