Hello all,
I'm new to this game, infact I don't even pick up the bike until 3 o'clock this afternoon
I've been racing a CBR600 for a couple of years and found it difficult to keep up my fitness through the winter, so I have just bought a CRM250AR to blast about on in the winter....
Anybody live up north and fancy showing me the ropes?

hi do i know you, i used to race formula 600 on a yellow and blue cbr600fx, won the laird of croft a few years ago and nearly the ken redfern trophy in the wet against dennis hobbs( ring any bells), after winning the new era superclub 600 title i retired and bought a mk II crm, for off road fun~(and to get to work on when whor lass wants the car), not doing loads of offroad at the minute (got a baby due in december) only about once a month in the north yorkshire moors( maybe bit far for you, i think about 60 miles away?)

Alllllreeettttt M8
You defo know me as I bought your old fw motor off you
(Big fat ginger git)
Your motor was a stonker, got me my best results of the year and then went pop at snett (Off the throttle at the end of the revvett straight.... SCARY)
Still going racing next year but want to keep my riding up and as I don,t have a road bike for the mo' I thought a crm was good kit for the winter...
Hope the baby comes out alright and if you have a day free we could meet up for a ride....
Chat back

glad to hear the motor was good, sorry it went pop but the fast ones sometimes do
going out a week on sunday for about six hours with a couple of mates, probably a nine or ten o'clock start. there is a bit of road work between off road stuff ranging from hard pack/loose to fugin slippy stuff, if you could get down somehow (dont think knoblies will last the journey)youd be welcome, were not experts or anything, just out for a laugh

count me in, I'll bring the bike down in the race van and leave it outside yours if thats Ok.... or tell me where you meet up and I'll go there... Don't kid me on with that \"We aren't very good\" story... I have so far ridden an offroad bike for 12 miles.... On road from the shop to my house so its you who will have to be easy with me......
Got all the gear though

8) 8)
So I will look like I know what I'm doing
