Good luck Dom, take your time looking, base your choice on actual condition rather than age or MK.
Look at some with a view to just looking.

Fairly new to site myself, but have owned my CRM for almost 2 years now. As said already, take your time in buying, don't just rush. There's usually a few popping up on ebay, seen a few minters go recently, but the good ones do hold their value. Leisure Trail sometimes have them in, and are always in good condition, but you won't get many there now, and bit of a trek for you!! Have a search, somewhere I was reading on here there's a section on buying advice.

Pick up a mk2 today for £850, fairly tidy bike considering is nineteen years old. Only gripe is that it's being run as premix and I want to give it some road use and mixing fuel will send me loopy. Does anyone know how to get the autolube working properly? Anyway I will post pics as soon as I figure it out.

Do you know it's not working?
You can check by taking the feed pipe of the manifold, [remembering to block of the brass spigot], rig up a temporary collecting bottle for the oil.
Fill the oil, and fuel tanks, now you can go for a run, on premix still, but collecting any pumped oil in the bottle, which you can measure, against fuel used.
Auto-lubes seem to generally run more efficiently than a pre-mix, but, a 20 ml to a LTR of fuel would be OK.
