Anyone else get DBM...?

Post by SkidMark » 21 Nov 2010, 18:36

Had a fantastic ride out today! However, since I got a Mx style helmet (Klim F4 - fantastic helmet!!!) I always get Dirt Bikers Moustache...you know when its really dusty and you take your helmet off and have a perfect red dust moustache...very embarrasing  . I though it came in through the small gap between the helmet and my googles but today I fitted the nose shield to my googles and it still happened. I guess its coming in through the mouth guard filter so I could make a new one out of a denser foam but was wondering if anyone had an alternative solution. I guess this is for non UK folk....not much red dust there...

Cheers

:? Dust, well I did push the Dyson Vacuum cleaner round for a while, But can,t recall ending up with a hairy caterpillar on me top lip.
I'm an open face lid fan, but seeing as I'm usually on point duty, it's flies and midges I find more of a pain.
